Construction at McMurray Court, our private, ICF-built subdivision, is in full swing, and we’re thrilled to share the latest updates! Here’s what’s new on-site:

October 31st Update

Building 1 is now receiving its roof, marking a major milestone in the construction process. Building 2 is also advancing, with exterior walls now taking shape, giving a glimpse of the beautiful and robust design that awaits future residents.

October 25th: Halloween on Site

Our team brought a bit of festive cheer to Unit 6, dressing it up with Halloween costumes along with our quality-testing.

October 11th: Building 1 Progress

The back of Building 1 is really coming along! Walls and foundational elements are shaping up, bringing us closer to the finished look and feel of these premium townhomes. Each unit will have a spacious rear deck with aluminum railings, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

September 30th: Fresh Asphalt on Erindale Lane

Our team has also paved Erindale Lane with shiny new asphalt, enhancing access to and within McMurray Court. This essential step brings us one step closer to the welcoming and comfortable community residents can look forward to.
