January 2025 Updates

Building #1: Our first unit only 6 weeks away from getting occupied means that finishes are well under way! Flooring is complete with final paint, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and hardware well underway!

Building #2: Has been fully closed in, heated and roughed in! Drywall is underway and everything has dried out in preparation for finishes!

Building #4: We delayed this building to ensure occupancies were met with building #1. Now in January our team was able to get the roof structure up with bracing and sheathing ongoing!
