May 2025 Updates

What a crazy few months it's been. We've been very pleased to welcome our first group of tenants into our community. Not only have they expressed how pleased they are but have been very complimentary of our construction crews and their progress!

Building #1: Complete with sod growing away - soon to get it's first cut (All by SBL Properties of course)

Buildign #2: 98% Conplete with sod and awaiting some front garden touchups!

Building #3: Main floor walls have been completed just about to get a roof!

Building #4: This building is working on finishes with the exterior 90% complete. Move ins only 4 weeks away has site cleanup in high gear!

Building #5: Footings have been poured and just starting the basement walls.

It sure goes quick at this stage! Building #6 will be starting by the middle of June.
